By accessing or using VysyaVivah, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is exclusively designed for the Vysya community, and members are expected to maintain the decorum and traditions of the community.
To register as a member of VysyaVivah, you must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years for females and 21 years for males). You must also belong to the Vysya community.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and subsequent profile updates.
VysyaVivah offers premium membership plans for enhanced features like contact reveals. Payments made for premium memberships are non-refundable. Reveal credits are valid as per the terms of the specific plan purchased.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found violating any of these terms, providing false information, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
